To use it, /party invite <player> to your party. They will receive a message in their chat. Click it to join the party. As long as all party members are within a 100 block radius of the party owner. Then there is a 5/25% chance (respectively) that EXP and profession progress will be distributed to ALL ONLINE party members (in the radius, homogeneous professions only). Note that the maximum party member count is 5.
